Juan Luis López Osorio, a mechanical engineering student at the University of Guanajuato, has been selected to design space habitats for NASA and SpaceX after developing projects during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has gained international experience through mentorship and internships at the Kennedy Space Center, and recently led his team to a second-place finish in a competition focused on Venus's orbit by creating structural models and engaging in advanced problem-solving activities.
