The City of Guelph is partnering with Stepping Stone and Royal City Mission to launch a daytime drop-in space on January 12, 2026, supported by $850,000 in annual funding for two years. This initiative will provide essential services, including food and hygiene facilities, to vulnerable residents, initially hosted at Royal City Mission before moving to Stepping Stone's location in April 2026.
