HCLTech has partnered with Suchi Semicon to deliver a full design-to-backend semiconductor solution. HCLTech will provide design expertise and global customer access, while Suchi will utilize its OSAT manufacturing capabilities in Gujarat.

The partnership does not involve equity participation, allowing both companies to remain independent. Production at Suchi’s facility is expected to ramp up, targeting commercial operations by FY27 and aiming for a capacity of three million units per day by 2029-30. The collaboration focuses on enhancing semiconductor capabilities for various sectors.
