HUB Cyber Security Ltd. has signed a Term Sheet to acquire 100% of Ferrox Critical Minerals Ltd. and its Tivani project in South Africa. The Tivani project, a fully permitted critical minerals asset, contains approximately 519 million tons of titaniferous magnetite ore and is positioned to commence production in FY 2026. The acquisition aims to integrate real-world asset validation into HUB's Trust Rails infrastructure, enhancing revenue potential and establishing a foundation for industrial-scale resource validation.
