IHI Signs Agreement to Offtake Renewable Hydrogen from ACME's Odisha Project

Japanese engineering firm IHI has signed a term sheet to off-take 400,000 tonnes of renewable hydrogen-based ammonia annually from ACME's large-scale project in Odisha, India. The agreement includes IHI acquiring a 30% stake in the joint venture, ACME Clean Energy, while ACME retains 70%. ACME is also in discussions with five other Japanese companies regarding potential stakes in the project.
