INCERGO S.A. has increased its share capital from 5,060,000 to 151,283,387 shares effective February 19, 2026. The issuance of 146,223,387 new shares is now registered on the Vienna Stock Exchange. This capital increase follows a Share Purchase Agreement with Visual Semiconductor Inc., aiming to accelerate research initiatives and expand partnerships. The revised market capitalization is projected at approximately EUR 234 million, reflecting stronger product development at VSI.
