Intelligent Energy (IE) has signed a three-way Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at H2MEET in South Korea to provide large-scale hydrogen fuel cell power systems ranging from 200kW to MW-scale. The partnership includes IBT, a South Korean integration specialist, which will lead the localization and commercialization of IE's technology, contributing substantial capital for development and certification of market-specific systems.

This agreement builds on a prior partnership to design a 100kW hydrogen fuel cell generator. The collaboration aims to enhance market access for large-scale power systems for commercial and industrial applications, focusing on permanent and backup power for micro-grid or grid-connected systems. The partnership underscores a commitment to transitioning to clean energy, with plans for domestic production and field deployment of high-power hydrogen solutions.
