An international research team, including members from the University of Malaga, has developed an AI model to extract green hydrogen from wastewater, supported by Acosol, Fundación Unicaja, and Spain's Ministry of Science and Innovation. This innovative approach not only aids in hydrogen production but also helps remove pollutants during wastewater treatment, contributing to decarbonization efforts in Spain and the EU. The project involves collaboration with researchers from Vietnam, South Korea, India, and Taiwan.
