Isar Aerospace is preparing for the second launch attempt of its Spectrum rocket from Andøya Spaceport in Norway, following a previous failure due to a valve issue. The upcoming mission, named Onward and Upward, aims to validate critical systems under operational conditions and is supported by the European Space Agency's Boost! program.
