Jindal Stainless Receives 'Brand of the Year - CSR' Award in Odisha; Vedanta's ₹1.28 Lakh Crore Aluminium Project Advances

Jindal Stainless has been honored with the 'Brand of the Year - CSR' award in the Platinum category at the Sambad Corporate Excellence Awards 2026 for its corporate social responsibility efforts in Odisha. Concurrently, Vedanta Aluminium is advancing its ₹1.28 lakh crore aluminium manufacturing project in the state, having received over 1,447 acres of land for a new smelter and captive power plant, while Odisha also approved Sancode Technologies' OSAT facility to enhance its semiconductor manufacturing capabilities.
