Er. Narinder Singh Bali, Mission Director of Dairy Development in J&K, reviewed the Animal and Sheep Husbandry schemes in Udhampur, emphasizing the importance of government subsidies for sustainable livelihoods and promoting goat farming through Self-Help Groups.

During his tour, he inspected farming units under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme and encouraged the establishment of biogas plants and organic farming practices. Bali also assessed the infrastructure developed under the programme, including a Common Facilitation Centre and a Bailing Unit.
