Kakinada Seaports Limited Plans ₹200 Crore Expansion of Offshore Supply Vessel Complex

Kakinada Seaports Limited (KSPL) is proposing a ₹200 crore expansion of its Offshore Supply Vessel Complex to increase cargo handling capacity by four million tonnes per annum. The project will support Indian Navy and Coast Guard vessels and enhance logistics for oil and natural gas exploration in the Krishna-Godavari basin.

The expansion includes extending an existing jetty and constructing a new jetty. An environmental clearance is pending, and the project aims for completion within two years of receiving approvals.
