Kazakhstan to Launch Gallium and Antimony Production Lines in 2026 with Mitsubishi and Eurasian Resources Group

Kazakhstan will expand its rare metals sector in 2026 by launching new production lines for gallium and refined antimony, as announced by Industry Minister Ersayin Nagaspayev. An offtake contract between Eurasian Resources Group and Mitsubishi Corporation will facilitate the supply of an average of 15 tons of gallium annually, starting in 2026. The initiative aims to diversify the economy and enhance high-tech industries.
