KESTO JV Secures Long-Term Vessel Contract for Shinan-Ui Offshore Wind Farm in South Korea

KESTO, a joint venture of Denmark's ESVAGT and South Korea's KMC Line, has been awarded a 10-year contract to provide offshore logistics for Vestas at the Shinan-Ui offshore wind farm in South Korea. Starting in 2028, KESTO will support construction and ongoing service operations until at least 2039.
The company is constructing two crew transfer vessels to service Vestas' V236-15.0 MW turbines, with delivery scheduled for early 2028. The wind farm is projected to supply electricity to approximately 350,000 households annually.
