LAB7 Invests in Homeostasis to Advance CO2-to-Graphite Technology for Battery Production

LAB7 has partnered with U.S. startup Homeostasis to advance technology that transforms carbon dioxide into synthetic graphite for lithium-ion battery anodes, crucial for electric vehicles and energy storage. The collaboration, announced on December 30, utilizes molten-salt electrolysis to produce anode-grade graphite from captured CO2, enhancing Homeostasis' production processes. Supported by Aramco, this initiative aims to promote innovative industrial technologies while addressing climate challenges.
