The Manitoba Métis Federation (MMF) has partnered with RES, a global renewable energy company, to advance wind power and other energy initiatives in Manitoba through its affiliate, the Red River Métis Power Corporation (RRMPC). They have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to outline their shared goals, with plans to develop an initial 200 MW wind energy project. This collaboration aims to support MMF's vision for a sustainable energy future in response to Manitoba Hydro's Request for Qualified Suppliers.
