Masood M. Sharif Mahmood will succeed Hatem Dowidar as group CEO of e& on April 1, 2026. Mahmood, currently CEO of e& UAE, will also retain that position.

His previous experience includes leadership roles at Yahsat and Mubadala Investment Company. His appointment follows a successful financial year for e&, with 2025 revenues increasing by 23.1% year on year.
