MicroGrid Networks (MGN) has finalized a strategic investment from Palisade Infrastructure, in partnership with SER Capital Partners, to enhance battery energy storage systems in New York City. This investment will support MGN's ongoing projects, which currently include over 250 MWh of construction, and aid in accelerating growth in the region.

Palisade will invest in both operational and construction assets while SER retains majority ownership. MGN aims to leverage this partnership to improve energy reliability in NYC and explore additional acquisition opportunities.
