Mingyang Group, China Power Construction Corporation, and XCE Energy have signed agreements to develop a 6GW zero-carbon energy project in Vietnam, focusing on offshore wind power, green hydrogen, and green ammonia. This initiative aims to strengthen energy cooperation between China and Vietnam and will incorporate a 'direct power supply' model linked to Singapore's green electricity corridor.
