Miso Robotics has acquired Zignyl, an AI-powered restaurant operations platform, transitioning from a robotics company to a more integrated technology supplier. This acquisition aims to streamline operations for fast-food restaurants, providing a modern, unified tech platform.

Miso markets Flippy and Zignyl as separate products, but they will be integrated for users. Zignyl and Zippy are currently utilized by over a dozen brands, and Zignyl's team, including CEO Matt Forbush, will join Miso.
