MYTILINEOS Acquires Aluminium of Greece, Launches CHP Plant and Invests in Bauxite Residue Management

MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. has successfully merged with ALUMINIUM OF GREECE S.A., resulting in the latter's delisting from the Athens Exchange and restructuring its operations. The company has invested approximately €12 million in advanced bauxite residue management technology and launched a new Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant to enhance efficiency and reduce fuel oil reliance in its aluminium processing operations.
