NATO DIANA Advances 14 Companies to Phase 2 for Dual-Use Technology Development
NATO's Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) has selected 14 companies for Phase 2 of its program, which focuses on dual-use technologies, including hydrogen-powered airships. This announcement follows the selection of 74 companies from 2,600 submissions in Phase 1, which received EUR100,000 each to develop their solutions for military applications.
The 14 companies in Phase 2 will receive EUR300,000 in funding and additional support to scale their innovations. Their projects span five technological categories: human health and performance, data and information security, critical infrastructure and logistics, energy and power, and sensing and surveillance.
