Natura &Co has inaugurated a biometano supply unit with Ultragaz at its Cajamar (SP) facility, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The biometano will power industrial processes and the company's transportation fleet, projected to represent 45% of the plant's energy matrix.

This initiative is expected to cut CO₂ emissions by approximately 1,300 tons annually, equivalent to removing 280 cars from the streets daily. The project aligns with Natura's Climate Transition Plan, targeting significant carbon footprint reductions by 2030.
