NeoVolta Inc. has launched a joint venture, NeoVolta Power, LLC, with PotisEdge and LONGi Green Energy to manufacture battery energy storage systems in Pendergrass, Georgia, aiming for mass production by mid-2026. The facility will start with a production capacity of 2 GWh, expandable to 8 GWh, focusing on utility-scale and commercial markets with initial products including prismatic-cell battery packs. NeoVolta holds a 60% stake in the venture, which is supported by a $13 million investment from Infinite Grid Capital.
