Nimy Resources has shipped its first gallium ore from the Block 3 project to US partner M2i Global for analysis aimed at optimizing processing pathways for defence applications. With 2,700 tons of gallium, the project seeks to bolster Western supply chain security amid global shortages and support the semiconductor and defence sectors. The ore will also be assessed by academic institutions and a defense industrial base company to establish refining processes.
