North Atlantic is advancing its $1.75 billion green hydrogen project in Newfoundland and Labrador, which includes a 324 MW wind farm and a hydrogen production plant capable of generating 30,000 tonnes of hydrogen. The initiative is expected to create around 1,200 construction jobs and aims to produce economically viable green hydrogen for export. Final decisions on the project are anticipated by the fourth quarter of this year.
