Norway's Asko Achieves Milestone in Electric Truck Transition Ahead of Schedule

Asko, a major logistics company in Norway, has successfully transitioned all its delivery trucks in Oslo to electric models, achieving its goal of eliminating diesel-powered vehicles by the end of 2026 a year and a half early. This shift has resulted in a remarkable 95% reduction in carbon emissions, while the energy consumption of electric trucks is about half that of their diesel counterparts. Asko plans to further enhance its electric fleet utilization and charging infrastructure, contributing to Norway's commitment to sustainable transport solutions.
