Ocean Sun has successfully completed a 2 MWp floating solar installation at the Soneva Secret resort in the Maldives, featuring a 3 MWh battery storage system. This initiative enables the resort to operate on up to 90% renewable energy, significantly reducing diesel consumption and CO2 emissions. The project, developed in collaboration with Canopy Power and utilizing Huawei technology, showcases a replicable model for other resort islands and communities dependent on diesel.
