Oman's Ministry of Transport and Communications and Information Technology plans to invest RO1.2 billion in the communications and information technology sector by 2025, including RO65 million specifically for artificial intelligence. The initiative also encompasses significant developments in transport and logistics, with ongoing road projects totaling 1,120 kilometers and the installation of electric vehicle chargers, alongside the launch of the first hydrogen production station. The ministry aims to enhance port management and green technologies through various concession agreements by 2026.
