Palladio Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Hylane for Zero-Emission Truck Fleet Expansion

HYDROGEN

Hylane, a lessor of zero-emission trucks, has secured a new investor, Palladio Partners, which has acquired majority voting rights through a capital increase. This investment will exceed a three-digit million amount, aimed at expanding Hylane's fleet of hydrogen and battery-electric trucks offered under a usage-based rental model.

The agreement with previous sole owner DEVK establishes Hylane as a joint venture between the two companies. Future management will include Sara Schiffer and Maximilian Draxler, while former managing director Bernd Zens will depart at the end of 2025. Palladio Partners' investment aligns with its focus on sustainable infrastructure projects in Germany, coinciding with EU regulations targeting a completely emission-free commercial vehicle sector by 2050, with a market share of 20% for zero-emission trucks by 2030.
