The Town of Paradise is evaluating two sites for a Wastewater Treatment Facility as part of the Paradise Sewer Project. The sites are along the Skyway corridor, with one near Crossroads and the other near Media Way.

The Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) is in development and expected to be released in April 2026, assessing environmental impacts and alternatives, including a 'No Project' option. The project aims to improve public health and protect groundwater, with a public review period of 45 days planned once the draft SEIR is available.
