Parker P&Z Commission Denies Restore the Grasslands' Post Oak Estates Proposal

WATER INFRASTRUCTURE & DESALINATION

The Parker Planning and Zoning Commission voted against a preliminary plat for Post Oak Estates proposed by Restore the Grasslands. The development, intended for a high-density neighborhood with its own wastewater treatment plant, required approval that was ultimately denied on February 12. Restore the Grasslands, associated with Dallas developers Phillip and Don Huffines, owns 101 acres in Parker's extraterritorial jurisdiction and 12.4 acres within city limits for the subdivision.
