Peregrine Energy Solutions is set to build a $400 million battery energy storage facility on 42 acres near Marshall, Texas, with construction beginning in 2027 and operations slated for 2028. The facility will enhance the Texas-Southwest Power Pool grid and include fire safety training for local first responders, marking one of the largest investments in Harrison County's history.
