Petrovietnam officials have met with leaders from FS to explore a partnership for ethanol production and distribution in light of the upcoming E10 blending mandate. The Dung Quat bioethanol plant, capable of producing 100 million liters annually, has resumed operations after significant government investment, despite previous setbacks.

The E10 mandate will primarily rely on domestic production, supplemented by increased imports. Additionally, Petrovietnam has achieved a milestone by producing the country's first sustainable aviation fuel.
