Polar Lithium, a joint venture of Rosatom and Norilsk Nickel, has commenced pilot lithium production at the Kolmozerskoye Deposit in the Murmansk Region. The venture aims for full-scale production in four years, with an anticipated output of 45,000 metric tons of lithium carbonate and hydroxide per year by 2028.
