Multiple development applications have been submitted in Stroud District, including a proposal to convert an office at Eastington Trading Estate for biomethane and hydrogen generator production, and plans to transform the Fifth Dimension building into 30 residential units. Additional projects include converting the former Prinknash Abbey into 28 apartments, as well as various extensions and conversions of existing structures, such as the Rose Inn pub into three dwellings.
