Red Sea Global Cultivates 5,000 Red Mangrove Seedlings in Al Wajh Lagoon
CARBON CAPTURE
Red Sea Global has successfully cultivated over 5,000 red mangrove seedlings in Al Wajh Lagoon, a critical habitat for these trees. This project enhances coastal protection, supports marine biodiversity, and contributes to carbon sequestration.
The initiative boasts a 97% seedling survival rate, achieved through innovative techniques. This effort is part of a larger environmental program targeting the planting of six million seedlings, alongside the development of luxury resorts in the Red Sea region.
