Rep. Pete Aguilar announced $1,092,000 in funding for the Bloomington Septic Conversion Project in San Bernardino County. The grant will support the installation of 1,200 linear feet of mainline sewer along Valley Boulevard, enhancing sewage and water infrastructure. This project aims to improve wastewater treatment, public health, and economic development in the unincorporated community of Bloomington, which has a population of 17,000.
