Romania's RePowerEU Program Enables Prosumer to Install Energy Storage System

A prosumer in Romania successfully installed a 7 kWh battery system through the RePowerEU program, overcoming bureaucratic hurdles related to European funding. Completed in January 2025, the installation enables energy independence by storing solar energy for evening use, with plans for future enhancements to the photovoltaic setup funded by the EU. The project was supported by Nova Power&Gas and Ensys, utilizing a Huawei Luna2000 battery model.
