Samsung C&T and Axens have signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) projects worldwide. Samsung C&T will utilize its energy infrastructure experience while Axens contributes its advanced technology, including the DMX amine-based carbon capture process.

The collaboration aims to provide effective solutions for reducing carbon emissions, aligning with 2030 climate goals. Key projects include Denmark's Project Greensand and Texas' Stratos DAC.
