The Santa Clarita City Council will convene on January 27 to evaluate a development agreement with Serrano Development Group for the purchase of city-owned property on Main Street, intended for mixed-use development and parking structures. The agenda also includes discussions on funding recommendations for the 2026 Community Services and Arts Grants program and the potential purchase of three new hydrogen fuel cell transit buses.
