The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has called for proposals to establish a Programme Management Unit (PMU) to support the National Mission on Cleantech Manufacturing, as outlined in the Union Budget 2025. This initiative aims to bolster domestic manufacturing in solar photovoltaics, wind energy, green hydrogen, and energy storage, with the selected agency providing strategic support to the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy for developing manufacturing roadmaps and industrial clusters across 15 priority states. Bids will be evaluated based on technical expertise and methodologies through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
