Sener will lead a EU project to develop a new generation of European electronic chips designed for high-frequency operation in next-gen space systems. Funded by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe program, the project aims to enhance the efficiency, size, and data transmission capabilities of satellite communication systems in low Earth orbit (LEO) and geostationary orbit (GEO). It includes the design of advanced power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, and high-frequency switches to strengthen the EU's technological autonomy in the aerospace sector.
