The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) has finalized the electricity and water distribution networks in Wadi Al Helo's Al Muhtadi neighbourhood, Phase 3. All services are connected to homes, ready for occupancy.

A dedicated team registered utility accounts for residents during the handover ceremony. The project includes an 11kV distribution substation, five distribution boxes, and extensive cabling to ensure a reliable electricity network, alongside a high-specification water supply network.
