Shantou is advancing its offshore wind power sector to enhance the blue economy, with plans to complete three wind farms totaling 1.2 million kilowatts by the end of 2025. The city is establishing a comprehensive industrial chain, including a 'four-in-one' industrial park and dedicated port facilities, while also integrating wind power with aquaculture and hydrogen production.
