Silanna Semiconductor Launches Production of FirePower Laser Firing ICs for LiDAR Applications

Silanna Semiconductor has commenced production of its FirePower laser firing system ICs, the SL2001 and SL2002, designed for LiDAR and rangefinder applications. These ICs significantly reduce power consumption, system size, BOM cost, and design complexity.
The SL2001 targets automotive-grade LiDAR with 1000 W peak output, while the SL2002 is optimized for handheld systems with a 100 W pulse. Both devices enhance efficiency and integration by combining functions in a compact package.
