Singapore will launch the National Space Agency of Singapore (NSAS) on April 1 to enhance its space economy and national capabilities. Announced at the inaugural Space Summit, NSAS will focus on applications in various sectors, including urban planning and environmental monitoring, while expanding the country's satellite constellation. The agency will operate under the Ministry of Trade and Industry and be led by Ngiam Le Na, integrating the Office for Space Technology & Industry.
