SkyFire Energy Inc has acquired Hakai Energy Solutions, significantly enhancing its renewable energy services in Western Canada. The merger, which brings together around 200 employees, will focus on solar and battery energy storage systems, including large off-grid installations, and will strengthen SkyFire's presence in Vancouver and coastal British Columbia. This acquisition also introduces new capabilities such as solar-powered microgrids and expanded operations and maintenance services for commercial and utility-scale projects.
