Soho House is set to begin construction on its exclusive members' club in Rhinebeck, NY, including a restaurant, spa, and 48 guest rooms. The project, located at the historic Grasmere estate, received conditional approval from the Planning Board in June 2022 and aims for completion by 2027.

The development will restore three historic buildings and add new cabins, a wastewater treatment plant, and a pool. Soho House plans to finalize ownership through LLCs and has faced delays in external approvals.
