South Chungcheong Province has unveiled a comprehensive 50-year and 100-year development plan, supported by over 13 trillion won in government funding and 44 trillion won in investments secured in recent years. The plan focuses on five key tasks to be achieved by 2026, including agricultural reform, carbon neutrality, future food industries, balanced regional development, and measures to address low birth rates. Major projects will include transitioning coal power to hydrogen, establishing smart farms, and enhancing marine tourism, with an additional goal of attracting 45 trillion won in investments.
